In an action to foreclose a second mortgage, wherein appellants counterclaimed, inter alia, for damages and to compel plaintiff Berlin to satisfy the said mortgage on the ground that they had been fraudulently induced to execute the same, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 4, 1975, which, after a nonjury trial, inter alia, granted the relief demanded in the complaint and dismissed the counterclaim.
