This is an appeal from a summary judgment for the plaintiff entered pursuant to the decision of a superior court justice in a civil action on a promissory note.

The record establishes that on or about December 14,, 1964, defendant Arthur 0. Dionne, Jr., presented for discount to plaintiff bank, a promissory note in the principal sum of $16,000, maturing one year from date and bearing; interest at 4%. Dated June 19,1964, the note was executed in favor of Dionne by defendants Nicola A. Fatone, FatoneRealty, Inc., and Shetucket Plumbing Supply Co., Inc., as part of the consideration paid to…
