Parodi v. Florida Contracting Co., Inc.

Claimant raises three issues on appeal. In the first issue, Claimant seeks reversal of the decision of the Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC) to reserve jurisdiction over issues that were ripe, but not mediated, at the time of the merit hearing. Because Claimant’s counsel brought the unmediated claims to the attention of the JCC, and the JCC properly reserved jurisdiction over those claims, we affirm.
