Procedural History

In or about October 2006, plaintiff Barry Mallín & Associates PC., formerly known as Mallín and Goldstein, PC. (plaintiff or law firm) commenced this action against defendant Nash Metal-ware Company Inc. to recover $10,200 for breach of an oral agreement to pay for legal services.
