Concetta Chidichimo (claimant), widow of Martin Chidichimo (decedent), filed an application for adjustment of claim pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act (the Act) (820 ILCS 305/1 et seq. (West 1994)), alleging her husband sustained a fatal heart attack on March 18, 1983, which arose out of and in the course of his employment with University of Chicago Press (employer).
