This is an appeal, in a fourth-class case in the municipal court, from a judgment in the sum of $515.66, rendered on July 11, 1923, in favor of the plaintiff, Citizens Securities and Investment Company, and against the defendants, Douglas L. Olson, Alfred Olson and Elbert Olson. No bill of exceptions has been filed, and we are, therefore, limited to a consideration of what properly is disclosed in the common-law record.
