— In two actions to recover damages for wrongful death which are to be jointly tried, the defendants Samuel and Adrianne Millman (hereinafter the Millmans) appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Kelly, J.), dated June 18, 1987, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint in action No. 1 as against them and the complaint in action No. 2 as against Samuel Millman.
