This case presents a vexing question: Under Missouri law, does a juvenile, *544once certified to stand trial as an adult on a criminal charge that the State never files charges upon in circuit court, have the ability to later contest that original certification in response to different charges filed in adult court? The State of Missouri appeals from a circuit court order and judgment granting respondent K.J.’s1 motion to dismiss an information, or in the alternative, to remand the criminal cause to the juvenile division of the circuit court.
