The plaintiffs, Charles J. Hruby, John Bartunek, Mamie C. Zvolsky, and H. W. Budenbender, as holders of a certificate from a master’s sale, filed their complaint in the circuit court of Cook county against Bernard Steinman, hereinafter called the defendant, the sheriff of Cook county and a master in chancery of the superior court of Cook county, seeking, so far as material here, to restrain the sheriff and the defendant from selling, in. completion of the latter’s redemption, the property purchased by plaintiffs.
