CONOVER, Presiding Judge.

In this interlocutory appeal, Plaintiff-Appellant State of Indiana and Medical Licensing Board of Indiana (State) appeals the denial of its motion to compel discovery of the names, addresses, and phone numbers of Defendant-Appellee Lawrence Jag-gers's (Jaggers) patients who have been treated by acupuncture.

We affirm.
