Smart v. Biggs
Court of Appeals of Arkansas
1Opinion of the Court
James R. Cooper, Judge.
The appellants in this guardianship case appeal from the probate court’s denial of their petition to set aside an order permitting transfer of the ward’s assets into an irrevocable trust in which the ward’s previous guardian had a beneficial interest. The appellants contend that the transfer of the ward’s assets into the guardian’s trust was incompatible with the guardian’s duties to the ward and her estate, and that the probate court’s prior order authorizing the transfer should have been set aside. We affirm.
