HARTIGAN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts entered October 22, 1954, denying the plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction and granting the defendants’ motion for partial summary judgment. In his complaint the plaintiff alleged infringement of six patents including claims 51, 52, 54, 55, 56 and 61 to 68 inclusive, of patent No. 2,133,642.
