GONZALEZ, District Judge.

JURISDICTION & PROCEDURAL HISTORY

1. Plaintiffs brought this action under the Federal Tort Claims Act (“FTCA”) for personal injury arising out of the alleged negligent or wrongful acts or omissions of employees of the United States Government while acting within the course and scope of their employment under circumstances where the United States of America, if a private person, would be liable to the Plaintiff under the laws of the State of Florida, where the acts or omissions occurred. 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b).
