This suit was filed by United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO, an unincorporated labor organization, which represents employees in industries engaged in businesses that affect interstate commerce. Plaintiff, who will be referred to as the Union, was certified by the National Labor Relations Board as the collective bargaining agent of production and maintenance employees of defendant, Knoxville Iron Company, in all matters respecting wages and working conditions.
