Memorandum for decree: I shall not undertake to make any statement of the case. The record is one of the most voluminous ever submitted to this court. The pleadings are numerous ani much complicated. Much bitterness of feeling exists between the parties, and counsel have suffered themselves to participate in some degree in the feeling and opinion of their clients.
