Reversing.

Another divorce action. Both plaintiff and defendant below appear to be aggrieved. Defendant prosecutes this appeal and the plaintiff prosecutes his cross-appeal.

The parties were married in 1924. Two girls were born into the family. They were 21 and 16 years of age respectively at the time of the commencement of this action. The husband instituted action for absolute divorce on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment.
