MEMORANDUM OPINION
ELLIS, District Judge.
In this Chapter 7 1 bankruptcy appeal, appellant debtor seeks review of the bankruptcy court’s final order approving the trustee’s final report and proposed distribution of the bankruptcy estate’s assets, notwithstanding that appellant failed to obtain a stay of that order and notwithstanding that the trustee has since disbursed the entire bankruptcy estate pursuant to that order. The threshold issue on appel-lee’s motion to dismiss is whether a debt- or’s bankruptcy appeal of the bankruptcy court’s final order approving a plan of distribution is moot…
