Our opinion issued on June 8, 1977, is withdrawn, and the following opinion, is*740sued subsequently to appellant’s motion for rehearing, is substituted therefor.
Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc. (Mitsui) sued Ramsey Truck Lines, Inc. (Ramsey) for damages to steel tubes. A nonjury trial resulted in a take-nothing judgment against Mitsui. We affirm.
Mitsui sold to Hurricane Steel Industries Company (Hurricane) 390 lifts of steel tubes to be delivered “Ex-dock Houston.” Mitsui shipped the steel tubes “freight prepaid” from Kobe, Japan to Houston on the ship Izumi…
