The plaintiff has appealed1 from his conviction of sexual assault in the first degree,2 challenging the second substitute information and the instructions to the jury.
The jury could readily have found the following facts: About 7:50 a.m. on November 20, 1979, while awaiting a bus at the corner of Blue Hills Avenue and Plain-field Street in Hartford, the complainant was forced into the defendant’s car and driven to a remote section of Keney Park where she was sexually assaulted, struck in the face with the defendant’s fist and robbed.
