At Saint Louis, in this District, this 9th day of August, 1993.
The matter being considered here is the motion of Dealers Acceptance Corporation (“Movant”) for relief from the automatic stay. On the Movant’s oral request an expedited hearing was set for August 5, 1993 at 10:00 a.m. After notice to the Debtor, Debtor’s Counsel and the Chapter 13 Trustee, the Court received testimony and other evidence at the hearing.
