The county court of Coles county sustained the objection of the appellee, the Cairo, Vincennes and Chicago Railway Company, to the application of the appellant, the county collector of said county, for judgment for the road and bridge tax for the town of Mattoon and overruled the objection of the railway company to the town tax of the township of Charleston.
