The bill in this case prays for an order restraining the defendant from interfering with the plaintiff company in repairing, replacing or removing its poles and lines over two rights of way on defendant’s land, and in interfering with the free and uninterrupted use of said lines by plaintiff company and its patrons. The bill of complaint was filed Feb. 9, 1924, and was served on the defendant Feb: 20, 1924, and he filed his answer thereto on June 16, 1924.
