Memorandum: Plaintiff commenced an action by the service of a summons on August 23, 1967 to recover for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident which occurred on November 29, 1966. Pursuant to a demand, the complaint was served October 2, 1967. Issue was joined and a demand for a bill of particulars served on November 6, 1967.
