Complainants seek in this action to enjoin the defendant city from confirming an assessment roll, and from entering into a contract for the construction of a certain sewer. The sewer in question is known as “Parkland stormwater sewer.” It commences at the intersection of Leith street and Industrial avenue, running thence easterly to State street, thence on State street to Flint river. As designed, it is 3,185 feet long, 54 inches in diameter, and the estimated cost thereof is $25,386.
