The Relator in this original action is Crain Heating Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc. ("Crain"). The named Respondents are the Clark Circuit Court; the Honorable Daniel E. Moore, the judge of that court; and Barbara Bratcher-Hass, the clerk of that court.
