On leave, there was filed at a preceding term of this court, a petition for writ of mandamus in the name of the People on the relation of the Attorney General, seeking a writ commanding the respondent, as judge of the criminal court of Cook county, to expunge from his records an order entered in a habeas corpus proceeding discharging Raymond Scott from the custody of the warden of the penitentiary at Joliet.
