Petitioner, Modular Building Systems Association, a non-profit trade association that represents Pennsylvania manufacturers, builders and suppliers in the industrialized housing industry, has filed an amended petition for review in this court’s original jurisdiction seeking a declaratory judgment that certain provisions of the Uniform Construction Code 1 are null and void to the extent they seek to regulate industrialized housing.
