C. N. Berkeley, the plaintiff in error, filed in the Superior Court of Seminole County what purports to be an appeal from a judgment of the. S.tate Board of Medical Examiners. He alleges in his appeal substantially the following: He is of good moral character and possesses the medical education and training and all of the qualifications defined, purported, and intended under the laws of Georgia to practice medicine and surgery in this State.
