OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of a narcotic drug, to wit: ami-done. Following a verdict of guilty the court assessed the punishment at 15 years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. 1

The record reflects that at approximately 2:15 p. m. on October 28, 1968, Mary Hernandez encountered the appellant in Benson’s Lounge at 703 East 6th Street in the city of Austin.
