This trial is the result of a claim against the estate for the distributive share of the alleged widow of the deceased, and takes the form of an objection to the account, wherein it provides for the distribution of the entire personal property to the mother and sisters *65of the deceased." The claimant is the assignee of the alleged widow, and claims under a written assignment purporting to assign and release to him “all the right, title, and interest in the estate, both real and personal,” of the deceased, etc., by reason of having formerly been his wife.
