ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS' MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
In this action, Plaintiff Tyler Sanchez ("Sanchez") alleges that the various Defendants knowingly or recklessly extracted from him a false confession to a sexual assault for which he was unsuccessfully prosecuted, and that Defendants are therefore liable to him under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for malicious prosecution in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
