This is an appeal from the dismissal of Dramshop Act counts against defendants.
Plaintiff’s decedent, Carlton Bradford, was killed on July 28, 1984, when a vehicle driven by defendant Sergio Soto crossed the center line and collided head-on with Bradford’s vehicle. Plaintiff filed her initial complaint on December 27, 1984, naming Sergio Soto (Soto) and Jorge A. Soto, the owner of the vehicle, as defendants.
