This is an appeal from a judgment of the Toledo Municipal Court that was filed on September 27, 1996, following a trial to the court. The court ruled that the Home Solicitation Sales Act, found in R.C. 1345.21 et seq., did not apply to prevent the enforcement of an oral contract between appellants, David and Sally Yeager, and appellee, David Zolg, for the construction of a custom home entertainment center in appellants’ home. The trial court ruled that appellee was entitled to $1,500 plus ten percent interest and court costs.
