— Stringfellow-Hume Hardware Company recovered a judgment against Buffalo Pitts Company for the conversion of certain farm machinery, from which the latter company has appealed. Briefly stated, the evidence shows that Oscar W. Nelson, now deceased, and Naaman Nelson executed their note in favor of the appellee for the sum of six hundred dollars, which note was secured by a chattel mortgage upon the property involved, consisting of three six-disc plows, one five-disc plow and one drag harrow.
