The Plaintiffs as assignees of North Kansas Savings Association, filed separate Adversary Proceedings against this Debt- or, and against another Chapter 7 Debtor, George M. Croft (Adversary Proceeding No. 88-4127), alleging that the debts owed are not dischargeable pursuant to Section 523(a)(2)(A) of Title 11 of the United States Code. With respect to the legal theory of the Plaintiffs’ case, the Complaint is almost identical in each proceeding.
