Tbe decree brought up by this appeal disposes of issues raised by a bill of review in the nature of an original bill and an answer in the nature of a cross-bill, adversly to the claims and interest of the plaintiff in the bill of review and numerous other persons similarly situated, and favorably to the interests and claims of the. cross-bill plaintiffs.
