Special Surrogate. Eliza Lillian Ablett died a resident of the County of Oneida on September 22,1931, leaving a last will and testament dated September 4, 1931, which was duly admitted to probate by the Surrogate’s Court of Oneida County on December 21, 1931. By the terms of her will she made a number of bequests and the remainder of her estate was left in trust for the benefit of her stepbrother, James Vincent, of London, England.
