Isaac J. Brittingham and Mary, his wife, executed a deed of trust on a tract of land in Woodruff County to secure the payment of the following note:

“$1,972 Hailey, Idaho, October 1, 1913.
“Five years after date we promise to pay to the order olf W. W. Wallace nineteen hundred and seventy-two ($1,972) dollars, payable at Brinkley, Arkansas. Value received with interest at 6 per cent per annum. Interest payable semi-annually.
