This action is brought by the Attorney General in the name of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania against two corporations, Hush-Tone Industries, Inc. and Hush-Tone Eastern, Inc., and certain individuals alleged to be their officers, employees or agents under the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, Act of December 17, 1968, P. L. , No. 387, 73 P.S. §201-1 et seq.
