This case is brought on behalf of a putative class of Plaintiffs challenging the Kansas Documentary Proof of Citizenship law and a related regulation under the National Voter' Registration Act and the United States Constitution. Before the Court is Defendant Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach’s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 94), raising justiciability challenges to Plaintiffs’ claims.
