¶1 Jerry R. Hubbard appeals a judgment of conviction entered after he pled guilty to first-degree reckless homicide and first-degree recklessly endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon. He also appeals a circuit court order denying modification of the thirty-year term of initial confinement imposed for the homicide. He contends that sentence modification is warranted based on an alleged new factor, namely, a report by a defense expert regarding the cause of the homicide victim's death.
