J. L. Brozo of Lamesa, Texas, operating under the name of J. L. Brozo. Construction Company, by general contract with the Pecos Independent School District, undertook to build a school building and gymnasium at Pecos, Texas, in accordance with architectural plans and specifications. East Texas Fabricated Steel, Inc., entered into a contract with Mr. Brozo to furnish and fabricate all steel required by the building plans.
