BAUER, Circuit Judge.

Kurt Wiemerslage, a student at Maine Township High School South (“Maine South”) in Park Ridge, Illinois, was given a three-day suspension from school for violating the school’s anti-loitering rule. Alleging that the rule violated his constitutional rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments, he filed s.uit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The district court dismissed his complaint for failure to state a claim, 824 F.Supp. 136. Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). We affirm.
