MEMORANDUM

I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court for determination is the “Application of Arons Arcadia Insurance Agency, Inc. (“Arons”) for Accounting and Segregation of Cash Collateral and to Prevent Use Thereof” (the “Application”). The Application was filed in both the above referenced Chapter 11 cases. Levitz Insurance Agency, Inc. (“LIAI”) and Howard Levitz (“Levitz”) (collectively “the Debtors”) opposed Arons’ Application.
