This action arises out of a dispute about insurance coverage. Plaintiffs Cecilia Schwaber Trust Two, Schwaber Management, Inc., and H.C. Walterhoefer, Inc. seek a declaratory judgment that The Hartford Accident & Indemnity Co. and five of its affiliates must reimburse Plaintiffs for damage to a commercial property. Plaintiffs also seek damages for breach of contract, under Maryland law, and violation of Pennsylvania and Indiana laws prohibiting insurer bad faith.
