This case was tried to a jury from January 15, 2013 through January 31, 2013. Plaintiffs were three commercial tenants in the Chinatown neighborhood of Boston, each of whom rented small shop spaces owned by Defendant K&W Realty (K&W) and managed by Defendant David Wong (Wong) and his son, Peter Wong.
