Reversing.
Appellant was the contractor engaged in the erection of the great dam across Dix river in March, 1924. The dam was being erected a short distance above the month of that stream at a point where it is the dividing line between Mercer and Garrard counties. It was an enormous undertaking, and at the time appellant had engaged in the work at that place about 700 employees.
