In an action removed from state court (No. 12 Civ. 3005, the “Removed Action”) and consolidated with the instant case, defendants/cross-plaintiffs YLL Irrevocable Trust (“YLL”) and Kochav S.A.R.L. (“Kochav,” together with YLL, the “Trust Defendants”) seek an order vacating and/or enjoining enforcement of an arbitration award (the “Award”) transferring ownership of 43 life insurance policies (the “Policies”) to plaintifi/cross-defendant Kolel Beth Yechiel Mechil of Tartikov, Inc.
