People v. Ringstaff

The Supreme Court remanded this case to our Court to consider issues not decided at the original hearing. This case was reported in 53 Mich App 223; 218 NW2d 859 (1974), wherein we reversed the trial court and granted the defendants a new trial because the trial judge had refused to let the defendants read into evidence the transcripts of testimony of a deceased witness at a prior trial.
