— Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 19,1982, which denied the employer’s application to reopen and reconsider a prior decision of the board which awarded benefits to claimant. By decision of an administrative law judge, filed July 14, 1981, claimant was found eligible for unemployment insurance benefits. Said decision included a finding of fact that claimant’s refusal of alternate employment with the employer was justified in that the position offered was not one for which she was suited by training and experience.
